FSFinder - A program for identification and visualisation of candidate frameshift prone sequences. The program is based on the search for patterns that are known in certain types of ribosomal frameshifting. The second version of FSFinder, FSFinder2 allows user-defined patterns.
ARFA - A program for automatic annotation of bacterial release factors. The main feature of ARFA is its ability to predict and annotate +1 ribosomal frameshifting that takes place diring expression of release factor 2 genes.
OAF - A program for automatic identification and annotation of Antizyme CDS in EST sequences or mRNA sequences predicted from genome sequences. Oaf detects sites of +1 ribosomal frameshifting that is required for Antizyme synthesis.
